Disneyland

The perfect picture, wish I could take credit but I was on the ride.  Brian is the photographer on this one.
Bowen loved Tarzan's treehouse.  He went twice.  It's cause he really likes stairs.
That's Marijean's new hubby Brian.  We really like him.  Wish we all lived closer.
anything to add to that?
He wasn't always thrilled with the rides.  Like MaCall's souvenier?

You can tell they're cousins.  Probably more than any other cousins he has.

Woops! Left the swimsuit in Cali

MaCall and Caden

So we took MaCall with us on our trip.  We figured she's never been to Disneyland and it was her 12th birthday.  We went for two days and hit every ride once.  Seriously, for both parks it took awhile.  Not that our wait in lines was long, (usually 20 min. at most).  But we tried to see EVERYTHING.  And had to switch off holding Bowen after some of us went on the ride.  So really most rides were ridden twice just not by the same people.  There were still some things we missed, like a parade, but oh well.  We did our best.  We stayed at David's sister and her husband's house.  That was the funnest to have them with us the whole trip.  She has a cute little boy Caden.  Bowen liked playing with him a lot.  The next day we went to the beach, so nice after hectic running around.  And MaCall never left the water, only for lunch.  Bowen slept on the blanket, and David played football with Brian and all his many cousins and friends.  His family was very nice and had us over for dinner that night. Well that's the sum of the trip.

So these are my curtains that blend into my wall.  And my cute little boy that fell asleep sitting up.  I wanted more pattern and color in my living room and like the style of the curtains I have. So I found this stencil on allthingsthrifty.blogspot.com
Cut it out on cardboard, traced it and hand painted it with navy blue regular acrylic paint.
Neat huh.  I didn't want to go to the top cause I don't know how I would have worked around the pleats. So this is where I stopped.  Mostly because it started getting crooked.  But I think it turned out.

We have gaming parties every once in a while.  It's always my brother Cade (on the left) Our friend Clint (center) Bowen (on the right) our nephew Stevie (back left) and Dave (red shirt).  Bowen thinks he can play with the big boys.  He carried that controller around all night.  Tiff (Clint's wife) and I tried to get him to watch a movie in the other room.  Not interested.

Pictures

The one picture on here is our sledding adventure. We went up to Woods Ranch, only 20 min. drive.  It was Bowen's first time sledding.  He seemed ok with it he didn't laugh or cry. What he liked most was walking in the powder and he'd laugh when he'd sink.  Once I would put him on solid snow, he would turn around back to the powder.  It was pretty funny.  He even liked when his shoe came off in the hole.  Funny boy.
